Heritage Lettuce Amish Deer Tongue (Net Wt. 500mg.) – Matures in 55-60 days. An old Swiss and English heirloom dating back well beyond the American pioneers that made it popular in the 1700's. Highly valued because of its tolerance to both heat and cold. Forms nice a nice open rosette of tender triangle shaped emerald colored leaves with a prominent rib. Heads average 6-7" and a very slow to bolt.
